Reservations are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Reservation should be at least one (1) week in advance on ordinary days and at least two (2) weeks on holidays and weekends.
To guarantee reservation, full payment is required for advanced booking through our front desk or through any of Metrobank or BPI branches nationwide. Account number to be furnished once booking has been confirmed. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE should you fail to avail of the reservation. Deposit is likewise FORFEITED if cancellation is done during the DAY OF BOOKING itself.
